Though I saw a few of the plot twists coming miles away, I didn't care. the art, the soundtrack, the voice acting, all of those are brilliantly done, but for me the way each puzzle and how the point-and-click mechanics and limitations were integrated into the story line caught my attention and held it through gameplay.
I enjoy a good point and click adventure, but this one truly takes the cake. This game is going down as one of my all-time favorite games, ever. It’s very well written and I found it a bit of a ‘page turner’ the ending is satisfying and makes sense.” It’s definitely a refreshing, thorough and intricate take on the genre. “Overall I highly recommend this game, I think it might be somewhat of an unexpected treasure for those who love old style point and click adventures. “J.U.L.I.A.: Among the Stars is a very well written and beautiful game, especially when you take into account that most of it was done by two people.”
